Great American Beer Festival 2019 Information

When is the 2019 Great American Beer Festival?

The 2019 GABF officially runs from Thursday, October 3, through Saturday, October 5. There is a single public ticketed tasting session from 5:30 pm to 10 pm each day on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, there is a Brewers Association and American Homebrewers Association Members Only session from Noon to 4 p.m. There is also another public ticketed tasting session on Saturday from 5:30 pm to 10 pm.

Where is the Great American Beer Festival held?

GABF is held annually in Denver at the Colorado Convention Center located at 700 14th Street (14th and Stout Streets). This zip code is 80202 if you need to punch that in for directions.

Is GABF just a big beer festival?

While the Great American Beer Festival is one of the biggest beer festivals in the world, but there is a lot more to GABF than sampling thousands of beers. There are numerous events both inside the festival and around the city of Denver and state of Colorado that feed off of the festival’s popularity. A large part of the festival is also a professionally judged beer competition with brewers from across the country looking to earn a medal in a number of various categories.

How many breweries will be pouring samples at GABF?

The Brewers Association, which presents the Great American Beer Festival, expects more than 800 breweries to be pouring samples at the 2019 GABF. Here’s a list of 2019 GABF Breweries planning to pour. The list is updated as the festival gets closer, so check back often.

How many beers will be available for tasting at GABF?

There will be more than 4,000 beers available for sampling at the 2019 GABF. Where can I find out the beers being poured at the 2019 GABF? Again, the list is updated as the festival approaches, so keep checking back and earmark those special beers you don’t want to miss out on.

Is there a GABF App for that?

Yep! There is a My GABF App that lists all the breweries and beers that you can sample (including various tours through the festival and space for taking notes), as well as quick access to festival maps, onsite GABF events, exhibitors list and more.

I’m gonna miss it. What are the future dates for GABF?

• 2020: September 24-26
• 2021: October 7-9
• 2022: October 6-8
• 2023: September 21-23
