Most people have some sort of a bucket list. You know, places you need to visit, things you need to experience, before you kick the bucket. So what about bucket list breweries? Are those a thing?
Uh…Yeah! And we’ve got an entire conversation about bucket list breweries, travel adventures and more.
But first, we must make this clear, even for traveling beer geeks like us, it really is all about the people and the places. The beer just happens to follow.

These bucket list breweries are more than just about the beer. As always, they are about the people and the experiences.

“Ken and April do a fantastic job of mixing the culture of beer and adventure into something akin to a fine barrel-aged sour. They are wise beyond their years. Loving this podcast and it will be on our weekly playlist for SURE!”

As a Coloradan, I’d put Elevation Brewing on my short list. It’s in little Poncha Springs between Buena Vista and Salida.
We absolutely love Elevation – one of our constant stopping points anytime we are near Salida and Monarch! So yes, definitely a place to seek out.
