2020: The Gift that Keeps on Giving

| | , ,

Because it’s 2020: Dump truck meets electrical wires causing a canning day to end in some unnecessary excitement, that gave us plenty to talk about. Yep! 2020…the gift that keeps on giving.

Here’s some context for you. We were helping out on a canning day at Woods Boss Brewing Company in Denver, Colorado. Just spending some time working, hanging out with friends, drinking great beer, and supporting a great craft brewery. It was just your typical 2020 kind of day.

When canning was all said and done, we gathered our beers, headed out to to the patio all bundled up for a candid podcast conversation with friends. And as we rambled on a bit talking beer, old trucks, pulling nails from barrels, family life as a brewer in 2020, and just having a grand old conversation, 2020 decided to give away more excitement.

“What the f**k is going on over there?”

All of us thinking it, Jordan stating it.

Yep, a truck crashes into some power lines right in the middle of our podcast. That’s real life. That’s 2020!

Jordan has been a mainstay as a friend and giving us great content since the beginning. Be sure to give him a listen.

“Ken and April do a fantastic job of mixing the culture of beer and adventure into something akin to a fine barrel-aged sour. They are wise beyond their years. Loving this podcast and it will be on our weekly playlist for SURE!”
